About 25 years ago Jimmy Sparks, a Vietnam veteran, returned to the United States and found work with Lowe’s in Jackson, Mississippi.
While employed with Lowe’s he decided to invest in the company, so he purchased some stock. Jimmy left Lowe’s just before he reached 15 years of employment and returned to Georgia. He did not do anything with his stock options at that time, not sure what his rights were regarding the stock.
