With millions of dollars on the line, it appears that Alabama is not out of the missing funds race yet. The state’s Treasury office is being inundated with Alabama missing funds. Abandoned bank accounts, returned rental and utility deposits, child support payments, tax returns and even stock and trade accounts are flowing into Treasury accounts at an alarming rate.
